Under Batavia Township Resolution 06-03-2020, if one wants to provide transient vending services in Batavia Township, one must apply for a Door-to-Door Transient Vendor Permit. Each person wishing to provide such services are required to apply for a Transient Vendor Permit at the Batavia Township Community Center – 1535 Clough Pk, Batavia Township Ohio 45103. The permit fee is $75 per person and permit is good for 90 days from issuance.

The permit must be displayed while providing door-to-door services in Batavia Township. Failure to obtain the necessary permit may result in enforcement action. (ORC 505.99). An HOA or individual resident is free to contact the Township to report a transient vendor without a permit. The Township contracts for 8 Sheriff’s Deputies. For each person wishing to apply for a Transient Vender Permit, please FILL OUT THIS APPLICATION and provide a photocopy of a Driver’s License both front and back.  Please submit all applications to the Batavia Township Community Center at 1535 Clough Pk, Batavia Township, Ohio 45103
