The Batavia Township Community Center Park grounds is home to the Veterans Memorial Plaza which was dedicated in November of 2009. Proudly standing at the entrance to the park is the centerpiece of the memorial, a Humvee, that primarily served in Bosnia. The Humvee was graciously donated to the Township from the Clermont County Military Memorial Committee in May of 2009.

The memorial honors those who are serving our Nation’s military forces.
